Planet Brothers are an established racing and breeding establishment, located in Romford Essex, United Kingdom.

Gary and John Gary Squibb operate the current stud that was founded in 1967 by John Squibb.
Planet Brothers has been their racing name since 1967.

Their aim is to promote their brand and administer on line sales, of their own stock and products, through their web site www.planetbrothers.co.uk.

Planet Brothers is dedicated in the pursuit of selling of top quality birds from their own family of racing pigeons and providing a quality website for the discerning pigeon fancier.

Planet Brothers, Home of the Aliens, and their Logos are registered trade marks.

DEFINITIONS

‘Registered Member’ means a fully subscribed member of the Planet Brothers Club, over the age of 18, with privileged access to member areas of the Planet Brothers web site.
‘Registered User’ means a user of the Planet Brothers web site with limited access.
‘Registered’ means a user of the website has given personal details in order to use and access the general area of the Planet Brothers website.
‘User’ somebody that accesses the Planet Brothers web site.
‘Bidder’ a registered member, that is over the age of 18.
‘Purchaser’ a registered member or user that purchases pigeons or products from our website. The purchaser must be over 18 years of age.

ORDERING OF GOODS

Planet Brothers will ensure all products are dispatched as they are described ‘For Sale’.

Every effort will be made to ensure safe delivery of your goods although we will not be held responsible for any delay, loss or failure arising from third party disruptions and disputes that are beyond our control.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods, purchased for use within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated when sold , will carry a 30 day full refund policy. Postage costs are not refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with a explanation as to the reason for the product not being suitable.

All goods ordered for Overseas are subject to import duties and Taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. We accept no claims for instances arising from this. Overseas purchasers should also be aware that packages are subject to being opened and searched by the relevant Custom Authorities.

All Pigeons ordered on the website come under the Auction Terms and Conditions and the Ordering of birds Terms and Conditions. These should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS

 

Planet Brothers do not sell pigeons or products to children. All purchasers must be 18 years or older, or have the involvement of a Parent or Guardian.

Planet Brothers reserve the right to close any Planet Brothers user or member account, take any others steps necessary, should they feel that any person, partnership, or organisation is trying to cheat or unlawfully gain from the Planet Brothers website.

Planet Brothers reserve the right to cancel any paid or credited purchase without making a refund under any of the following circumstances:

  • A fraudulent credit or debit card is used to purchase goods.
  • A fraudulent PayPal acquired account is used to purchase goods.
  • A fraudulent mobile / cell phone is used to purchase goods.
  • The bank or Institution reverses any transaction made to purchase goods.
  • Any breach of this agreement.

All payments will only be considered authorized providing they have met the Planet Brothers payment processing company / Institution requirements and has been recorded as a received payment.

  • PayPal - for which you will need a PayPal account.
  • Debit or Credit card.

By prior arrangement with Planet Brothers only:

  • Cheque
  • International Money Order
  • Bankers Draft
  • BACS transfer

Planet Brothers reserve the right to refuse any payment that they feel does not meet with their terms and conditions or will otherwise damage the integrity of their reputation, good name and welfare of the web site.

Planet Brothers reserve the right to refuse any payment at their absolute discretion.

Planet Brothers reserve the right to cancel or alter their website at their discretion.

Planet Brothers reserve the right to take any legal action against any person, partnership or company, to recover costs, should a payment not be received for goods purchased.
